Our standard packages include up to 10 participants. Additional participants can be added for an additional per-person fee.

Yes! We offer table and chair rentals for an additional fee to accommodate your participants. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup.

No. We bring everything needed for the craft experience. If your venue does not have enough seating, table and chair rentals are available as an add-on.
We arrive approximately 45 minutes before your scheduled party to set up and require 30 minutes after the event for cleanup.

We offer experiences for both children and adults. Recommended ages vary by project, and we're happy to help you choose the best option for your group.
Absolutely! Parents and family members are welcome to join in the fun. Simply include them in your participant count when booking.
Yes! Our package pricing is based on up to 10 participants, so the package price remains the same even if fewer guests attend.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Holiday weekends and peak seasons tend to fill quickly.
A signed booking form and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date.
We accept major electronic payment methods. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Retainers are non-refundable. However, eligible events may be rescheduled according to our cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes! Outdoor events are welcome, provided there is a clean and level space. A covered area will be required for extreme UV index.
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing an indoor or covered backup location. If severe weather makes travel unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule your event.
Yes! Additional party time may be added for $75, subject to availability.
